1. Introduction

Welcome to FocussTopWay. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services, digital products, and goods offered under the theme of Focus improvement micro-steps. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

At FocussTopWay, we provide personalized focus improvement micro-step coaching sessions. These sessions are designed to enhance attention and productivity through structured guidance.

2.1 Scheduling and Attendance

Clients may book sessions through our booking system. Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. In case of scheduling conflicts, clients may adjust their appointment by notifying us at least 24 hours before the session start time.

2.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy for Services

If a cancellation request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, fees will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund. However, clients may reschedule these sessions one time at no extra fee, provided they notify us at least 12 hours before the start time.

3. Digital Products

Our digital offerings include e-books, templates, audio guides, and online courses that focus on micro-step techniques for improved concentration and efficiency.

3.1 Delivery

Upon purchase, digital products are delivered via email or accessible through a secure download link. Delivery occurs immediately after payment confirmation.

3.2 Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the immediate nature of delivery, digital products are final sale. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, you may submit a refund request within 14 days of the purchase date. Approved requests will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7 business days. No exchanges or reschedules are available for digital content.

4. Goods

Physical products such as workbooks, planners, and merchandise related to our focus improvement micro-steps theme are available through FocussTopWay.

4.1 Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada. Shipping times may vary based on destination.

4.2 Refunds and Exchanges for Goods

We accept refund requests for unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a request, contact our team and provide proof of purchase. Once your request is approved and the item is received, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Customers may also choose an exchange for a different item of equal or lesser value at no additional fee.
